• Passkey credential metadata needed to let you sign in securely
• Documents you upload for translation
• Usage data (pages translated, features used)
• Technical data (browser type, IP address, device info)

How we use your data

We use your data to:

• Provide Braille translation services
• Improve translation accuracy
• Send service updates and billing information
• Respond to support requests

Document handling

Documents you upload are processed by our AI systems and stored to deliver translation and retrieval features. We do not sell or share your documents with third parties. Retention windows are controlled by organization policy and default platform retention settings.

Third-party services

We use:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Supabase for secure storage, authentication, and data operations
• Google AI platform for model hosting and inference
• Operational logs and service monitoring used for reliability and security

These services have their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can:

• Request a copy of your data
• Request account and data deletion through support
• Opt out of marketing emails

We process deletion requests within our documented retention windows and legal obligations.
